Florida Prepaid College Program

The Florida Prepaid College Program (FPCP) allows eligible students to use funds they have accrued in their accounts to offset the cost of tuition at private, not-for-profit universities accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools.

FPCP will pay a dollar amount equal to the current rate of public university per-credit cost. Access your investment by submitting the FPCP Transfer Form to the Albizu University Finance Office. You must cover the remaining balance to the university through financial aid and/or direct payment.
