The objective of the Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology Program at Albizu University, Miami Campus, is to train you to become a culturally competent I/O practitioner able to develop and apply scientific knowledge to the solution of problems at work. The fully online format of the Albizu University’s Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology Program provides those of you holding full-time or part-time jobs maximum flexibility and convenience in pursuing your educational goals. The I/O Program faculty members are active professionals who will provide you with an understanding of relevant theories, research, and practice in the field of I/O Psychology.

Graduates of the Albizu University’s Master in I/O Psychology Program are not required to be licensed in order to practice in the U.S.
