I, hereby, authorize and consent to Albizu University (“ALBIZU”) using and reproducing my image, whether photographed and/or recorded, for exclusive promotional and marketing purposes. ALBIZU may disseminate, present, and/or display my image in all digital mass media for a period of five (5) years without any financial compensation. I grant ALBIZU the absolute and irrevocable right to use my image, either alone or with others, and to claim copyright on such photos and/or videos. This includes the right to publish and use my image for any promotional or marketing purpose related to ALBIZU. By agreeing to this, I acknowledge that as a representative image of ALBIZU, I may be asked to serve as a spokesperson for the brand and participate in future promotional activities during the term of this agreement. This term begins from the date of the first use of my image for advertising purposes. Furthermore, I voluntarily release, exonerate, and discharge ALBIZU—along with its trustees, officers, directors, agents, employees, affiliates, and related entities—from all civil liability or any claims under any federal, state, municipal, or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico laws, ordinances, regulations, or orders regarding the use of my image for advertising purposes. I also understand and accept that I will not receive any financial or other remuneration for any audiovisual material published by ALBIZU, regardless of the number of times my image is used, as deemed necessary by ALBIZU.
