Albizu University’s San Juan campus’ Master of Science programs provide graduate students with three Psychology fields to pursue to advance their professional careers. All of our master’s programs combine theory and practice within a diverse, multicultural environment.

Master of Science in School Psychology

Our Master of Science in School Psychology program prepares students for a career as a school psychologist. Students will acquire the skills and insight to help children and adolescents in a school system who are experiencing social, academic or emotional issues.

Master of Science in Autism and Other Neurodevelopmental Disorders

This master’s degree program prepares students to handle the special needs of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and help support their families. Students will acquire the skills for early identification, diagnosis, evaluation, intervention planning and more.

Master of Science in Counseling Psychology

This program provides integration of theory and practice to give students the skills and expertise to be counseling psychologists and conduct interventions and consultations to enhance the quality of life of individuals seeking help.

Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology

This graduate degree program teaches students how to be culturally competent Industrial/Organizational Psychology practitioners and solve issues in areas including training and development, placement, performance gauging, organizational development and enhancing work-life quality. Students will learn how to improve human performance within organizations.

Master of Science in Speech and Language Pathology

Offering both practical and theoretical content, this program teaches students how to provide clinical and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with developmental delay, autism, reading and writing impairments, aphasia, dementia, voice and fluency disorders, hearing impairments and more.
