Research Experience

Psy.D. students have the opportunity to enroll in faculty-led research groups and work closely with a faculty member to contribute to ongoing research studies. Activities include data collection, data analysis, and dissemination of findings through poster presentations, manuscript preparation, and other avenues. Students also have opportunities to participate in assessing research questions and methodologies for new areas of study.

Although most of the faculty conducting research are from the Psy.D. program, faculty members from other programs welcome Psy.D. students in their research groups as well. Click here to see ongoing research projects.

All Psy.D. students are required to complete an independent doctoral research project in their fourth year.
